Halloween Decoration - Jack O'Lantern

1. Cut an opening on top or bottom of the pumpkin. (We have cut off the bottom. This allows the pumpkin to sit up straight.)

2. Hollow out the pumpkin with a spoon or knife.

3. Examine your pumpkin to determine the best place for carving.

4. Draw a face onto the pumpkin.

5. Carefully cut out the face.

6. Place a candle inside the pumpkin.

7. Display your Jack O'Lantern in a dark spot to attract ghosts and witches from the neighbourhood.
