Subject: Can't import other dictionaries from the LingoPad website

I've easily imported my own user dic from my hard disk but, when I cannot download any from the website.
When I open the 'Dictionaries' function and 'Install/update...' in LingoPad and change the language to French or whatever, I'm not shown any dictionary that I could download or update, i.e. there is no dictionary in the window and every button remains grey and, therefore, de-activated.
I also receive an error message: "Socket Error 10061. Connection refused"
Que faire?
