Subject: XML version of the English to German dictionary

Hallo!
I am very interested in being able to convert the lingopad 2.6 english to german, to XML format or just to CSV format.
Has any work been done on this topic, or does anyone know of such?
If yes, I would like to hear from that person, or of the link from which I can find out more on the subject.
